At STORK, we are seeking a highly skilled Precision Engineering Specialist to join our team in Sneek. As an essential part of our production process, you will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D models and drawings of our products using Siemens NX. Our industrial customers worldwide rely on us for turbine blades and accessories, and you will play a vital role in meeting their needs.

You will be active on multiple projects simultaneously, working with diverse project sizes and durations. This dynamic environment requires you to be versatile and adapt quickly to new challenges. Your tasks will include:

  • Creating 3D models and drawings based on scan data, reverse engineering, and supplied drawings;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to assess product functionality and feasibility;
  • Maintaining contact with the quality department regarding measurement work;
  • Working closely with programmers to optimize production processes;
  • Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely delivery.

In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication skills to maintain a clear overview and collaborate effectively with your team.

What You Will Bring

We are looking for someone with a strong background in mechanical engineering, preferably with a completed technical diploma. Experience with 3D CAD software is a plus, as is knowledge of FEM calculations. Your proficiency in English is essential for both spoken and written communication.

Apart from your technical expertise, you should be interested in reverse engineering, product development, and production technology. Your passion for detail will serve you well, as our products require precision tolerances down to a hundredth of a millimeter.
