About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Scheduler to join our team at Yacht. As a Portfolio Scheduler, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and close-out of projects entrusted to you.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate communication with the organization to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, identify critical path activities, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Establish and review progress measurement systems for projects and contracts.
  • Develop manpower plans and projections for projects.
  • Conduct risk analysis to identify potential impact areas in the schedule.
  • Review progress against baseline plans to identify low-performing areas and provide mitigating action plans.
  • Review and advise on change orders submitted by contractors with schedule impact.
  • Participate in Kick-Off Meetings for all projects and review project S-curves.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical background.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • At least 7 years of industrial engineering experience in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
  • Experience with Primavera P6, Risk Software, and MS Office tools.
  • Strong analytical, structured, accurate, and communicative skills.
  • Good understanding of engineering drawings and effective requisitioning.
