Als Sales Associate and Service Specialist bij Praxis Doe-Het-Zelf Center ben je het visitekaartje voor onze klanten. Je werkt zowel achter de kassa als bij de servicebalie en zorgt ervoor dat de klant met een glimlach de winkel verlaat.
Verantwoordelijkheden
- Je verricht werkzaamheden achter de kassa en/of servicebalie;
- Je zorgt er voor dat je afdeling er top uit ziet;
- Je helpt de klant bij ruilen, retouren en bestellingen;
- Je beantwoordt algemene vragen;
- Je bent in staat klachten professioneel en klantvriendelijk op te lossen.
Vereisten
- Je vindt het leuk om klanten te helpen;
- Je bent betrouwbaar en secuur;
- Je bent tenminste 1 jaar en hebt een MBO werk- en denkniveau;
- Je bent leergierig en wilt jezelf blijven ontwikkelen.
