Our client is seeking a Director of Digital Design to spearhead their growing electronics design division.
About the Company:
This organization is at the forefront of developing cutting-edge technologies in the realm of Quantum Computing, a rapidly evolving sector poised to transform global society.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead the digital design team, overseeing the complete RTL roadmap and lifecycle.
- Ensure that product quality and delivery milestones are consistently met.
- Collaborate closely with the CTO, engaging in technical aspects while managing the digital department's budget.
- Recruit top talent to enhance the team and drive process improvements.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- Extensive experience in ASIC/FPGA development, particularly in RTL development.
- Demonstrated technical leadership capabilities.
- A successful track record in team recruitment and development, ideally within a scale-up environment.
- Exceptional communication and strategic leadership skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Knowledge of PCIe/Ethernet technologies.
- Expertise in digital signal processing.
- Experience in processor design.
- Familiarity with multi-gigabit DACs and ADCs.
