The Role:
As a Senior Non-Financial Risk Manager, you will work closely with senior management and various lines of defense to effectively manage risks and increase risk awareness across the organization.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and Enhance Non-Financial Risk Management - Ensure an integrated risk management approach and compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements;
- Develop and Implement Risk Management Tools - Improve risk taxonomy and develop a company-wide risk grid;
- Analyze and Report Risks - Support long-term risk planning and forecasting, and oversee key risk controls;
- Mentor and Train Team Members - Guide first-line management on risk policies and naturally mentor and train junior team members.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in risk management;
- Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills;
- In-depth knowledge of banking regulations, RCSA, and risk monitoring;
- Culturally sensitive and internationally minded;
- Passion for growth—both personal and team development.
