About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled TIG welder to join our team at WerkTalent. As a TIG welder, you will be responsible for performing high-quality metal fabrication and assembly work, using various metals such as stainless steel, steel, and aluminum.

Key Responsibilities
  • Performing Metal Fabrication and Assembly: You will work independently to manufacture products with precision and attention to detail, using various welding techniques to ensure high-quality results.
  • Quality Control and Assurance: You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of the end product, adhering to technical drawings and customer specifications.
  • Safe and Efficient Working Environment: You will maintain a safe and efficient working environment during welding and assembly, adhering to all relevant health and safety protocols.
What We Offer
  • Employment Contract: A 12-month contract with the possibility of a permanent contract.
  • Full-Time Hours: 40 hours per week.
  • Competitive Salary: 2,400 - 3,600 per month.
  • Benefits: 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days, pension via the Metal and Technology Pension Fund.
Requirements
  • Technical Insight: You will have technical insight and experience with TIG welding.
  • Communication Skills: You will have good communication skills and be able to work well in a team.
  • Material Knowledge: You will have a good knowledge of different materials and have completed a training in the direction of Metal and Technology.
