- Process Improvement: Enhance production processes, inventory management, and workflow using advanced management systems to drive operational excellence.

**Requirements**

- Relevant Experience and education: Proven background in production and logistics or supply chain management and preferably in the food industry with a relevant bachelor or master's degree.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to lead strategically and build trust across various levels, including team leads, department heads, and staff.
- Technical Knowledge: Expertise in warehouse management systems and process optimization.
- Communication Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a flexible, team-oriented approach.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Dutch and English.
