Billing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Specialist to join our team at CM.com. As a Billing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing our global billing platform, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, and providing exceptional customer service.

• Prepare, create, and send client invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage the entire invoicing process, including complex invoicing scenarios.
• Oversee revenue allocation for financial forecasting and reporting purposes.
• Determine client agreements and handle exceptions.
• Address customer inquiries, disputes, and complex billing issues.
• Monitor deadlines and maintain internal communication.
• Manage finance completeness checks related to contracts, pricing, and subscriptions.
• Provide regular and accurate reports of billing data.
• Ensure smooth tax processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in billing, accounts receivable, or other accounting positions.
• Knowledge of invoice/AR processes and modules is strongly preferred.
• Practical experience with accounting software is a must.
• Highly accurate and detail-oriented.
• Strong critical thinking and logical analysis skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch (strongly preferred).
• Resilient mindset and ability to find creative solutions to problems.
