About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Platform Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our Data Platform team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our data infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deployment and maintenance of data-related open-source tools, including Airflow and DataHub
  • Development, deployment, and maintenance of in-house data solutions written in Python
  • Maintaining and developing infrastructure related to data, including cloud storage solutions, data access policies, and infrastructure needed to support applications
  • Direct monitoring and maintenance of several data-related services
Requirements
  • Experience with managing and maintaining corporate-level cloud platform environments
  • Experience in migration processes
  • Experience in managing cloud storage solutions, including Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2 and Delta Lake
  • High-quality software development mindset
  • Security-aware cloud development mindset
  • Programming/scripting languages: Python, SQL, dbt, Terraform
  • Software: Airflow, Argo (Events, CD, Workflow), Databricks, Spark (plus)
  • Knowledge and interest in Azure, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes, and Helm (plus)
  • Salary range: approximately €4,400 to €6,200 per month
