About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our culinary services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and implementing menu development, ensuring that dishes are of the highest quality and meet the expectations of our guests.
  • Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all culinary operations are executed to the highest standard.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies, ensuring that all necessary ingredients and equipment are available to meet the demands of our restaurants.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop and implement strategies for improving kitchen efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure that all health and safety standards are met, and that the kitchen is maintained in a clean and hygienic condition.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of menu development and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
