Job Description

We're seeking a Mechanical Quality Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical construction activities are performed in accordance with project specifications, plans, and codes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and drawings.
  • Identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Supervise inspections and witness testing to verify that works meet standards.
  • Validate and maintain quality control on the project platform.
  • Work with the project team to develop and implement corrective action plans.
  • Communicate quality control and site issues to the quality and project managers.
  • Assist in verifying progress claimed by contractors.
  • Maintain a daily site diary for progress.
  • Represent the OR in trade-to-trade handovers.
  • Participate in client's safety observation system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervising capacity on large-scale construction projects.
  • VCA-VOL or SSSTS, CSCS, Safe pass.
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and great communication.
  • Proactive and focused on continuous improvement, including providing well-thought-out solutions.
  • Full fluency in English - Dutch is a nice to have.
