Background information
The ASML Planning and Delivery Reuse Excellence department is responsible for improvements and embedding of re-use processes and activities within ASML. With our ambition for Circular Economy to have zero waste to landfill and incineration, the packaging re-use landscape is built on traceability of all items on unique numbers which enables pool management and follow up.
Your assignment
The Planning and Delivery Reuse Excellence team is looking for a student who can play a crucial role in the supply chain processes close to our suppliers and customers of packaging materials.
Your role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Identification of Transport Materials;
- Check process flows from Inbound WH / Cleanroom / Return square;
- Check with suppliers for willingness of identification;
- Help with stagnation release;
- Clean-up 3PL portal;
- Create awareness towards owners of overplanned stock;
- Re-assess on old decisions in alignment with material owners;
- Support data gathering for decision tool;
- Align with D&E on the \"used\" packaging for some materials.
Your profile
To be a good fit for this internship, you:
- Are a student in the field of Supply Chain, Logistics or related;
- Are looking for a hands-on internship;
- Preferably have project or other relevant experience in Warehousing;
- Have a hands-on mentality.
- Should be available for minimum 5 months, 3 days per week (50% on-site).
