Job Summary

The Transaction Services Account Manager is responsible for owning the Transaction Services relationship for selected multinational Wholesale Banking clients at a global level. This involves managing existing Payment & Cash Management and Trade Finance mandates, as well as taking on a proactive role to ensure client satisfaction targets are met and the commercial and operational quality of the service continuously improves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 15 Wholesale Banking clients, working closely with Client Services teams to ensure day-to-day servicing meets client needs.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, responsible for client satisfaction and end-to-end management of the global Transaction Services relationship.
  • Proactively monitor client revenues, conduct regular client reviews, and make recommendations to improve service levels and meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with TS Sales Consultants, TS Product Managers, Relationship Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Report to the Head of TS Account Management NL, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategies.

Requirements

  • Higher education (HBO) or University education (Bachelor or Master's degree)
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbally, is required
  • Lending and/or Trade background is preferable
  • Strong organizational skills, commercial focus, eye for detail, and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a focus on client satisfaction and service delivery
