Als Operator Food (Meewerkend Voorman) zorg je samen met je team dat de heerlijke maaltijden van Sligro (Culivers) op de juiste manier worden samengesteld en verpakt. Dit doe je door verantwoordelijkheid te dragen over het juist instellen van de machines en het aansturen van de productiemedewerkers.

Wie ben je?

Binnen Culivers heerst een goede teamsfeer. Jij speelt daar een belangrijke rol in door je team op een positieve manier aan te sturen met veel aandacht voor voedselveiligheid. Als er een keer een storing is, dan houd je het hoofd koel. Ook kun je goed omgaan met de korte deadlines die we in de foodproductie-omgeving hebben.

Verder:

  • Afgeronde MBO-opleiding;
  • Fulltime beschikbaar (36u per week);
  • Aantal jaren ervaring in een productie-omgeving, met voorkeur in de food;
  • Openstaan voor het werken in twee ploegen (6:00 - 14:00u en 14:00 - 22:00u);
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (de instructies zijn in het Nederlands). Omdat niet alle productiemedewerkers Nederlands spreken, is het daarnaast ook belangrijk dat je Engels spreekt;
  • Openstaan voor doorstroom- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden.
Wat ga je doen?

Gevarieerd en verantwoordelijk werk in een foodproductie-omgeving

Nadat de koks de verschillende maaltijden of maaltijdcomponenten hebben bereid, worden in de keuken alle gerechten verder klaargezet. Daarna gaan deze naar de verpakafdeling. Als Operator Food (Meewerkend Voorman) ben je verantwoordelijk voor onze verschillende verpakkingslijnen en stuur je een team van 2 tot 7 productiemedewerkers aan. Tijdens je inwerktraject leer je hoe je alle voorschriften en veiligheids- en kwaliteitseisen kan waarborgen. Sligro (Culivers) werkt immers met voeding.

  • Aansturen van het team productiemedewerkers aan jouw lijn;
  • Zorgen dat productiedeadlines gehaald worden;
  • Bewaken van de netheid op de productievloer;
  • Uitvoeren van procescontroles en administratief vastleggen van wat er gedaan is;
  • Je rapporteert aan de Teamleider Verpakken.
