Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Specialist to join our team in the Netherlands. As an EHS Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our Health and Safety team to provide professional advice and support to our organization in the field of EHS.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support EHS/SERT management operations in line with the global EHS/SERT Management Strategy
  • Deliver professional advice to the EHS/SERT organization and to the business to ensure a safe, healthy, and innovative work environment
  • Conduct TRA risk assessments and develop procedures to mitigate EHS risks
  • Investigate incidents, report, and take next steps to prevent recurrence and unsafe situations
  • Organize and deliver EHS training in accordance with the company training plan
  • Participate in our Safety Emergency Response Team (SERT) as Team Leader
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years in a EHS specialist role in a technical environment or similar
  • Minimally HBO/MVK degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of relevant EHS legislations and regulations
  • Excellent command of the Dutch and English language
  • Strong computer skills
