Job Description

You will be responsible for coordinating shipments from start to finish, ensuring seamless customer service throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in onboarding new customers, ensuring a smooth transition to our service.
  • Develop relationships with customers to achieve team goals.
  • Provide support to the Export Team in achieving their objectives.
  • Accurately enter shipment and customer information into the system.
  • Book shipments with carriers, including airlines and road transport companies.
  • Process shipping documentation, including MAWB, HAWB, waybills, and CMR.
  • Process customs declarations and adhere to destination-specific documentation requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with monthly KPIs and timely fulfillment of billing requirements.
  • Provide competitive quotes to customers and foreign offices, seeking intelligent purchasing.
  • Resolve daily issues with customers and suppliers, including issuing NCRs.
  • Advise customers on importing/exporting cargo.
