About the Role:

As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our hotel rooms. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently will make a significant impact on our guests' experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain hotel rooms, including vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning all surfaces;
  • Change and make beds according to hotel standards, including replacing bed linens and pillows;
  • Clean bathrooms and toilets, including sinks, toilets, showers, or bathtubs;
  • Restock amenities like soap, shampoo, towels, and toilet paper;
  • Tidy up rooms by removing trash and unwanted items and reorganizing furniture and other items;
  • Inspect rooms for damages, missing items, or other issues and report them to your supervisor;
  • Maintain cleaning carts to ensure they are well-stocked and replenish supplies as needed;
  • Follow hotel guidelines and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment;
  • Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their privacy and comfort;
Requirements:
  • Availability to work 16 to 24 hours per week (both weekdays and weekends);
  • Ability to work from 9:30 AM – 3:30 PM (or earlier if rooms are quickly cleaned);
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is a plus;
  • Ability to lift, stand, and walk for extended periods;
  • Ability to reach our hotel independently (even on Sundays and holidays);
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities;
