**About the Role**

We're looking for a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team at Beko Europe. As our next hire, you'll play a critical role in driving efficiency, shaping the future of our people strategy, and ensuring smooth HR processes.

You'll work closely with our recruitment team, manage the company car fleet, and contribute to Learning & Development initiatives. Your expertise in payroll administration and labor law will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.

  • Implement and maintain effective HR systems and processes.
  • Provide guidance on labor law and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify top talent.
  • Develop and execute employee engagement strategies.

**Responsibilities**

  • Payroll administration and coordination.
  • Data analysis and management.
  • Communication and vendor management.
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • L&D program implementation.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in payroll administration and labor law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
