Job Description

The Process Improvement Director drives business transformation and continuous improvement by providing effective leadership, focusing on customer experience, on-time delivery, quality, and margin performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the identification, definition, prioritization, and execution of business improvement initiatives in collaboration with business and process owners.
  • Develop and enhance High-Performance Culture (HPC) capabilities and efficiency in Continuous Improvement through training, coaching, and facilitating the use of relevant tools and methods at all organizational levels.
  • Initiate and implement improvement initiatives aligned with the strategic direction.
  • Spearhead the implementation of the Future Factory Vision and contribute to the definition and execution of Flawless Execution initiatives.
  • Continuously improve the annual roadmap and program, ensuring alignment with the company strategy and Annual Operating Plan.
  • Create and implement a cross-functional process that considers all deliverables and drives execution across the Integrated Business System (IBS).
  • Enhance the efficiency of functional problem-solving and root cause analysis, promoting a Continuous Improvement culture in coordination with the Global CBE team.

About the Role:

This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of process improvement methodologies, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
