Job Title: Portfolio Management Officer

About the Role:

Atradius is seeking a seasoned Portfolio Management Officer to join our Project and Process Unit (PPU). The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the portfolio of programmes and projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and objectives of Atradius.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, control, and report on projects and programmes within the PPU portfolio.
  • Signal and report dependencies, risks, and issues on a portfolio level.
  • Participate in financial control processes on a portfolio level.
  • Manage and control the inflow of new initiatives into the portfolio, supporting the process of identifying, assessing, and aligning to Atradius' strategic goals.
  • Manage stakeholders towards departments interrelated to PPU, including the IT delivery organisation and relevant business owners/sponsors.
  • Support the development and implementation of a new, Agile-based change governance process for PPU and interrelated departments.
  • Act as a backup to the Manager Portfolio Management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
  • Proven track record as a change portfolio manager, preferably from a project management background.
  • Proven track record of Agile change delivery, with knowledge of Agile tooling an advantage.
  • Experience working in an international environment with different nationalities/cultures.
  • Proficient in English (Dutch and Spanish an advantage).
  • Willingness to work flexibly (3 days in office).
  • Occasional travel.
