We are seeking an experienced Order Picker to join our team in our cold storage facility. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for managing our cold storage, ensuring the proper arrangement and scanning of fresh flowers. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the cold storage facility, ensuring a clean and organized environment
- Scan and arrange fresh flowers in a timely and accurate manner
- Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to ensure smooth logistics and inventory management
- Prepare flower series for bouquet makers and inspect incoming goods
- Work in a team-oriented environment, contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere
Requirements:
- Experience in the flower business or a related field
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, including early morning shifts
- Resilience and precision in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
