Job Description

As a Sales Director for EBP Benelux, you will be responsible for the revenue growth and profitability of our brands in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will develop and implement a strategic sales plan and ensure optimal collaboration with marketing, technical departments, and customer service to achieve the commercial objectives. You will lead a sales team consisting of the Dutch team and the Sales Manager EBP Belux, with indirect reports from the account managers in the region.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the commercial strategic plan for EBP Benelux.
- Prepare the annual business plan to increase market share and ensure profitability.
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to meet the set sales targets.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust the sales plan when necessary.
- Initiate new business opportunities and participate in trade shows and conferences to enhance the company's visibility.
- Promote change and innovation within the sales team and the broader organization.

Profile

The ideal candidate has the following skill set:

- Excellent leadership and motivational skills to lead a sales team.
- Strong customer focus and strategic thinking.
- Experience in project and/or specification sales is a big plus.
- Proven experience in the construction sector, preferably in a senior role within international companies.
- Ability to navigate within a matrix organization and work with various stakeholders.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent speaking and writing Dutch and English, with good knowledge of French.

Education and Experience

- A Master's degree is required.
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in a senior sales role within international companies.
- Experience in business development and building strong customer relationships.
