We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our logistics team as an Order Picker during the peak holiday season.

Lokaal Werkt is a young, fast-growing transport company with two locations in the Netherlands. We provide a range of logistics services, including cross-docking, Moffett forklift transport, and refrigerated transport. Our entrepreneurial culture values employee growth and development, and many of our employees come from the surrounding area.

Salary and Benefits

The hourly wage for this position is €13.68, plus an additional 1.35% ADV allowance. Travel expenses are reimbursed at €0.23 per kilometer, up to a maximum of 35 kilometers per day (excluding the first 10 kilometers). Additionally, you'll be entitled to enjoy a food truck that rolls into the warehouse every Friday

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities will include picking orders using a scanner and trolley, packing cosmetic products, and working closely with your colleagues to ensure timely delivery to customers. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and growing company.

As an Order Picker, you will be part of our logistics team and play a crucial role in helping us meet the high demand during the holiday season. You will have the option to continue working in our part-time flex pool or even take on a full-time role after the initial period.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should be motivated to work and have attention to detail. While prior experience is not necessary, being a student or having just finished your studies will be beneficial. We value individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.
