Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Assistant to join our HRM Support team at Pantein. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers, responding to inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist recruiters in managing the recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer, ensuring all necessary steps are taken and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of job postings, candidate applications, and recruitment process progress.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences, ensuring a tailored approach to each role.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, leveraging various channels and resources.
  • Collaborate with the HRM team to ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements:
  • Relevant MBO+ education or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in recruitment or HR administration, with a strong understanding of recruitment processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using automated systems and software, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
