About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Infrastructure Cloud Architect to join our team at Kyndryl Nederland B.V. As a key member of our cloud architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement cloud solutions that meet the needs of our clients
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex cloud native projects
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business and technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain cloud architecture methodologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Provide technical guidance and support to customers and internal teams
Requirements
  • At least 8 years of relevant architectural experience
  • Cloud consultancy experience, including assessing, planning, and costing cloud adoption and IT transformation
  • Platform engineering experience, including designing and leading platform engineering squads to auto-provision business and development platforms using DevSecOps
  • Nex-gen hybrid cloud experience, including provisioning hyperscaler technology in private and edge cloud locations
  • Cloud migration experience, including migrating platforms, products, and applications to the cloud using an agile approach
  • Modern operations experience, including provisioning and using cloud-native operations tooling to control and observe the platforms, products, and applications running in public, private, and edge cloud
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in Dutch and English
Preferred Qualifications
  • Large customer change and transformation projects, with particular emphasis on delivering complex cloud native projects
  • Cloud solutions design and implementation
  • Strong IaaS, PaaS knowledge and experience, demonstrating both breadth and depth in a range of technologies and disciplines
  • Knowledge and understanding of the key technologies used in Agile Delivery – Ci/CD Pipelines, GitHub, Infrastructure as Code
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of at least one Cloud Hyperscaler (Microsoft Azure / AWS / Google)
