Account Manager Valves

We are expanding our sales team and are looking for a dynamic and representative colleague to join our team in Belgium.

AZ Benelux Special Valves B.V. is a subsidiary of AZ Armaturen GmbH, a German company specializing in the production of high-quality valves, sampling systems, and other equipment for the chemical and petrochemical industry.

We are looking for a candidate with extensive experience in the sales of technical and high-quality products in the chemical and petrochemical industry. Effective communication at various levels is crucial, as our colleagues work in various functions, including maintenance services, purchasing, management, and sales teams in the Netherlands and Germany.

Our new colleague will receive comprehensive training within our company.

Additionally, you will be required to attend weekly meetings at our office in Lisse to discuss and follow up on quotes, make appointments, and work on sales targets.

• Develop and maintain a strong customer base
• Meet and exceed sales targets in your region
• Advise customers on the various applications of our products
• Provide product training to customers
• Offer solutions to customers' problems related to valves
• Participate in trade shows and internal sales meetings

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Several years of sales experience in the chemical and petrochemical industry (preferably in the valve industry)
• Affinity with technology, production processes, and commerce
• Customer-focused, goal-oriented, flexible, and able to work independently
• Valid driving license B
• Excellent command of Dutch and English (German and/or French is an asset)
• A friendly, reliable, and positive attitude
