Electrical Systems Team Lead

About the Role
TenneT is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Systems Team Lead to join our team in Arnhem Rijnpoort. As a key member of our Engineering & Services department, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical experts in the development and implementation of electrical systems for our offshore wind farm projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical experts in the development and implementation of electrical systems for our offshore wind farm projects.
- Drive a continuous lessons learned, improvement, and cost reduction process across all projects.
- Act as the primary interface for the team with Asset Management, System Operations, and Grid Field Operations.
- Supervise design reviews and quality assurance measures within the projects, including follow-up on improvements within the technical engineering phase and the construction phase.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with technical standards and business processes.
- Manage resources, including the provisioning of qualified personnel for grid connection projects.
- Develop and optimize processes within the team structure and provide relevant support to the projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Experience in people management, including developing team structures, helping team members grow, and defining roles within the team.
- Relevant experience in the field of electrical systems and offshore wind farm projects.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both speaking and writing.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, results-driven approach.
- Occupational medical fitness for offshore operations (DGMM standard).
- Solid understanding of quality and HSE practices.
