Software Developer & Project Lead Job Description

We are seeking a skilled software developer to take on a leadership role within our team. As a Software Developer & Project Lead, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications using a range of programming languages, including C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. You will also have the opportunity to work on database management systems, project management, and communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain software applications using C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to stakeholders.
  • Manage database systems, including database design, optimization, and maintenance.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve software development processes.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders and team members.

Project Management and Global Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement software projects.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development field, with at least moderate proficiency in C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and some experience with C++.
  • Moderate Proficiency in database management systems.
  • Experience in managing software projects, including test, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
