Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Fortinet. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, including building and facilities, events and meetings, and general administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Building & Facilities: You will be handling all matters related to building and facilities in liaison with employees, suppliers, and syndic. This includes quotes, internal purchase requests, and work follow-up.
  • Events & Meetings: You will be responsible for handling sales office meetings, including training, customer, and internal meetings. This involves meeting room booking, setup, catering orders, and hotel/taxi bookings for guests.
  • Admin: You will handle miscellaneous administrative tasks such as office supplies ordering, phone and reception management, and business card orders.

Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service position is required.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.
  • Attention to Detail: A great eye for detail is necessary to ensure accuracy and precision in your work.
  • Multitasking: Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively is crucial.
  • Independence: Capability to work independently and make decisions is required.
  • Learning: Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations is essential.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is between €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Fortinet offers a competitive compensation package that includes benefits such as health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
