Position Overview: The Hall Executive (at the rank of Clerk II) plays a crucial role in the operational management of student accommodation within the university's residential community.

About the Role: The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering comprehensive administrative assistance to the Senior Site Manager and Site Manager. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing student residence data, including processing lodging fee payments.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student residents.
  • Providing logistical support for various college events.
  • Executing additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a minimum of Form 5 education or equivalent, with at least 5 passes in HKCEE, including English, Chinese, and Mathematics, or a minimum of Level 2 in 5 subjects in HKDSE. A recognized degree is preferred. Additionally, applicants should demonstrate:

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Competence in MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, and database management.

Work Environment: The role may require working outside of standard office hours to accommodate the needs of the student community.
