Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market analysis and forecasting to optimize inventory management and production planning.
- Provide market intelligence by researching and analyzing data related to the pharmaceutical market, key development trends, competitor analysis, and customer preferences.
- Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data integration from various sources.
- Manage master data by defining and implementing data governance policies and procedures.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather business needs and requirements, translating them into functional specifications for custom solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI to deliver actionable insights and enable informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with European and global analytics teams to leverage available data within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to business analysis, data analytics, and visualization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience in demand forecasting, supply chain management, and market research.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze large sets of data, and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience with data management and analysis tools such as Excel Power Query, SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS), MS Access, any other statistical software, and BI tools.
- Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools to develop reports and dashboards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Working proficiency in English language, Dutch language is a plus.
