Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled AI development intern to join our team at Damen Shipyards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, and will be eager to apply their knowledge in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough analyses of research problems and develop effective solutions using AI and machine learning techniques.
  • Collaborate with experienced professionals to gain valuable insights into the development of AI applications in naval ship design and production.
  • Communicate findings and conclusions to other departments within the organization.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
  • Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
