We are seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager to join our team in Hengelo, Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing industrial projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

About the Job Description

The Industrial Project Manager will play a key role in the Supply Chain Team, leading industrial projects across the organization. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing operational industrial solutions to bring products to market efficiently and effectively">
• Leading bid and project phases, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery">
• Maintaining effective communication between stakeholders, including Product Teams, Engineering Teams, Suppliers, and Customers">
• Drafting industrial plans as part of management baselines and preparing activities for project execution">
• Ensuring manufacturability and testability in designs to meet recurrent cost targets">
• Managing production budgets and planning, monitoring delivery dates and quality, and resolving bottlenecks">
• Collaborating with Purchasing and Engineering teams to lead industrialization actions and manage risks">

About the Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management">
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience in program and production management">
• Affinity with production technologies, logistics, and supply chain management">
• Knowledge of Planning, Cost Control, and Lean Manufacturing">
• Well-developed team leadership skills and a proactive work style">
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English">
