Job ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Support Specialist, you will be the backbone of our sales team and play a crucial role in our success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead Generation and Qualification: You will be responsible for actively approaching potential clients in the IT sector, qualifying leads, scheduling appointments, and converting cold acquisitions into valuable client relationships.
- Support to the Sales Team: You will provide daily support to the sales team by handling administrative tasks and optimizing sales processes. This includes updating client information, preparing offers, and coordinating internal communication.
- Target-Oriented Approach: You will work with clear targets and goals that will help you measure your performance. Achieving these targets not only brings a sense of accomplishment but also attractive bonuses.
- Customer Relationship Management: You will build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. You will identify market opportunities and ensure that clients feel heard and valued, leading to long-term partnerships.
- Market Opportunity Identification: You will stay up-to-date with market trends and identify new opportunities for the company. You will report your findings and recommendations to the management team to support strategic decision-making.
