As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy in your region and overseeing its implementation. You will develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve sales, margin, and EBIT targets within your customer portfolio. Your key responsibilities will include account planning, sales forecasting, and managing the sales and pricing policy for your region.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales, margin, and EBIT targets
- Manage account planning and sales forecasting to ensure accurate sales projections
- Oversee the sales and pricing policy for your region, ensuring alignment with company goals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including demand planning, product management, and sales support, to drive commercial efforts
- Contribute to the development of the private label sales policy and strategy for Bolsius
Requirements
You will need to have a strong commercial background, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management within a marketing and sales organization. You should have a deep understanding of the European retail environment, including food and non-food sectors, and experience within the private label industry is highly desirable. You will also need to be fluent in Dutch and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
