Safety Culture and Training Program Leader

ASML is a leading provider of lithography solutions for the semiconductor industry.

We are seeking a professional to lead the next phase of our safety culture and training program, supporting our global operations.

This role will involve driving the roll-out of our safety culture program 2024-2025 to all worldwide CS operations, maturing existing program elements, managing the CS safety training program, and developing global communications and engagement plans.

The ideal candidate will have a BSC/Master degree in safety management or a comparable field, with a focus on people, behavior, and culture. They should also have minimum 10 years of experience working in a training or safety culture change management role, preferably within a global company in high-tech industrial or similar environment.

A strong track record of influencing safety behavior, change management, communication, and trainer skills are essential for this position. Experience in project-management is also required.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide excellent benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
