Key Responsibilities- Plan and execute the product roadmap and releases in collaboration with senior leadership and product partners.
- Monitor team progress against defined objectives and key results (OKRs).
- Mentor and grow team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their career goals.
- Lead scrum rituals and facilitate team collaboration.
- Identify and propose process improvements within the team and across the organization.
- At least 2 years of experience leading engineering teams.
- 7+ years of technical experience building full-stack web applications or large-scale distributed systems.
- Proficiency in cloud technologies, including AWS, Google Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to build alignment and execute on new technical ideas.
- People-oriented leadership style.
- Experience in cloud software development.
- Experience in running teams that build and maintain services.
- Knowledge of DevOps and observability best practices, including reliability fundamentals, CI/CD, and service uptime.
