The Role: Key Account Director - Partnerships Acquisition

This exciting opportunity is based in our Amsterdam office (hybrid) and forms part of our partnerships division, specialising in institutional, financial brokerage, and FinTech sales. We provide white-labelled solutions for banks, asset & wealth management firms, Money Services Businesses, and software platforms, giving access to over 100 currencies, outsourced compliance facilities, and state-of-the-art foreign exchange management software.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a network of intermediaries from scratch through market research and cold calling, aiming to leverage maximum revenue potential.
  • Understand clients' needs and present appropriate solutions to help grow our partners' businesses while achieving personal and monetary goals.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • An enjoyment in building new relationships with a client acquisition ('hunter') mindset.
  • A passion for the financial markets, ideally with a financial background.
  • Excellent communication and social skills: face-to-face, via telephone, and email.
  • Experience in B2B partner-facing or client-facing functions, preferably in the financial services or technology industry.
  • A structured approach to conducting market research, planning, and organisation skills.
  • A flair for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit: pragmatic, autonomous, and self-driven.
  • Business fluency in English and Dutch.
