Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP HR Applications Specialist to join our team at CareerScout. As a key member of our IT department, you will work closely with our 4 scrum teams to deliver innovative solutions that support our business goals.

As an SAP HR Applications Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our SAP products seamlessly integrate into our IT landscape. You will work with functional and technical SAP specialists to implement new functionalities and applications, and consult with system and enterprise architects to ensure that our architecture guidelines are followed.

You will also work with your colleagues in a SAFe model, participating in day starts and demos, and helping product owners and system architects define features and stories. Additionally, you will coordinate with the domain architect to determine which issues are at stake in the HR chain and how we will tackle them.

We are looking for someone with a minimum higher professional education level and extensive work experience in a similar position. Knowledge of the HR application landscape, including SAP, is essential. Preferably, you have knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that SAP products fit seamlessly into our IT landscape.
  • Implement new functionalities and applications.
  • Consult with system and enterprise architects to ensure that our architecture guidelines are followed.
  • Work with your colleagues in a SAFe model.
  • Coordinate with the domain architect to determine which issues are at stake in the HR chain.
  • Ensure that our HR applications optimally support colleagues.
Requirements
  • Minimum higher professional education level.
  • Extensive work experience in a similar position.
  • Knowledge of the HR application landscape, including SAP.
  • Preferably knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
