About the Role

Estimated salary: $85,000 per annum. As a Financial Operations Expert with System Administration, you will be part of our dedicated team responsible for the comprehensive system administration of our international organization. In this dynamic role, you'll monitor the performance of financial processes and systems, providing regular reports to stakeholders and taking corrective actions as needed.

This is a fantastic opportunity to share your expertise on financial processes and systems with new employees during onboarding, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing. You will maintain close communication with stakeholders, including operational finance colleagues, system users, and project managers, to facilitate effective collaboration.

You will also prepare and update high-quality process documentation to reflect current practices and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor financial processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize performance.
  • Provide guidance and advice to existing users on utilizing financial systems more efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Technology team to manage change requests, contribute to project initiatives, and participate in user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure the stability and continuous improvement of financial processes within the organization.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role or relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
