We zoeken een ervaren Senior Company Lawyer - Corporate Services die onze klanten kan ondersteunen bij het structureren van hun internationale activiteiten. Als Senior Company Lawyer - Corporate Services zul je een sleutelrol spelen in het succes van onze onderneming en onze klanten.

Verantwoordelijkheden
  • De portefeuille van onze klanten beheren en adviseren over internationale structurering
  • Werken aan een breed scala aan projecten, waaronder lease, financiering, securitisatie, obligatie-emissies, holdingstructuren en private equity-fondsen
  • Samenwerken met collega's in de financiële sector
  • Accurate juridische documenten bijhouden
  • Actief deelnemen aan de groei en marketing van onze onderneming
  • Als core-lid van ons team bijdragen aan het behoud van onze sterke reputatie als leidende aanbieder in vertrouwens- en corporate services
  • Actief coachen van medior- en junior teamleden
Eisen
  • Een echte passie voor het werk en de reden waarom je het doet
  • Wensen om te slagen, te groeien, uitgedaagd te worden en anderen uit te dagen
  • Geïnspireerd, vertrouwd, flexibel en betrokken
  • Een mastergraad in (Nederlandse) corporate of fiscale of private of notariële recht met minimaal 5-7 jaar relevante werkervaring
  • (Toekomstige) leiders/managers die kunnen ondersteunen, aanmoedigen en ontwikkelen van meer junior collega's
  • Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
  • Proven ervaring in de financiële sector
