Senior Construction Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Construction Advisor to join our team at Kracht Recruitment. As a key member of our advisory and engineering firm, you will play a crucial role in delivering complex projects and sustainable solutions to improve the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical and organizational meetings with clients to ensure effective project management and coordination.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create suitable advice for clients, leveraging your expertise in structural projects in steel and concrete.
• Anticipate opportunities and risks, providing strategic guidance to ensure project success.
• Create schedules and phasing to meet project deadlines and deliverables.
• Oversee multidisciplinary design teams to ensure cohesive and effective project execution.
• Ensure contractual agreements are met, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• A completed HBO or WO degree in civil engineering, demonstrating your technical expertise and knowledge.
• Affinity with structural projects in steel and concrete, showcasing your experience and skills in this area.
• A curious and analytical mindset, enabling you to anticipate opportunities and risks, and provide strategic guidance.
• Excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively collaborate with colleagues and clients.
