About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced Business Growth Strategist to join our team at Creative Fabrica. As a key member of our Operations department, you'll play a critical role in driving our growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of Operations Managers and Freelance Graphic Designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Strategic Vision: Utilize data analysis to develop and implement growth strategies for our Studio.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop scalable processes that enhance collaboration across departments, including Hiring, Design, Quality Control, and Content Uploading.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data to understand what drives content success on our platform. Implement a continuous improvement process with regular feedback loops.
  • Performance Management: Drive team success by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and steering performance toward meeting and exceeding benchmarks.
  • Budget Management: Manage department budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to drive growth.

Your Profile:

  • 6-8 years of experience in developing and expanding operations in a dynamic, innovative setting, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • A strong entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to take ownership.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
  • Experience in hiring, onboarding, and managing high-performing teams.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering business results.
