Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team at Trinamics Beheer B.V. As a key member of our machine software development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing software solutions for our machine automation products. Your expertise in software development, combined with your passion for machine automation, will enable you to make a significant impact on our company's success.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and developing software solutions for machine automation products;
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure software meets operational requirements;
  • Reviewing technical documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness;
  • Defining documentation, spare parts, and tooling for global service organizations;
  • Writing service documentation to ensure effective knowledge transfer;
  • Analyzing complex problems on-site to identify root causes and implement solutions;
  • Providing knowledge transfer to local service organizations to ensure seamless support;
  • Leading efforts to minimize operational costs for volume products;
  • Analyzing global product performance to define requirements for co-design improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience in software development for machine automation;
  • Proven experience or high interest in machine software from user perspective as well as development;
  • Experience in a production environment with low volume, high tech products and complex production processes;
  • Fluency in English language (both in speech and in writing); Dutch is preferred;
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Mechatronics, Computer Science, Software or Mathematics;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, work pleasantly with people with differing backgrounds and in different departmental cultures;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Process and result oriented;
  • Self-starter, showing lots of initiative;
  • Team player;
  • Flexible (no 9 to 5 mindset).
