About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant to join our Finance & Risk Data Domain team at ABN Amro. As a Business Consultant, you will play a critical role in sourcing and integrating data from various stakeholders, ensuring that our data management processes are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand financial products and their reflection in our systems
  • Liaise with stakeholders to onboard integrated datasets and ensure data quality
  • Investigate requirements, create functional mappings, and coordinate solutions for gap closures
  • Work with different data models and link them together for sourcing purposes
  • Act as a liaison between data users and owners to connect data needs to data sources
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience in a data domain, preferably in Finance Reporting or Risk Management
  • In-depth exposure to banking products and ability to participate in data modeling activities
  • Knowledge of Data Management, including sourcing, transformation, and data lineage
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data quality
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in Scrum/DevOps teams and give/receive feedback
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
