About the Job
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Unifiedpost Group. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in building and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyse complex customer situations to identify key issues and develop effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers, customer service, and marketing, to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our Identity services, including eHerkenning, to provide expert advice to customers.

Requirements
- Minimum MBO-4 working and thinking level and preferably two years' experience in a similar position.
- A very good command of the Dutch language in word and writing, a good command of the English language is a plus.
- A sense of responsibility and a proactive commercial attitude.
- A hands-on mentality.
- Ability to work independently and put your own stamp on your day-to-day work.
- Organisational talent with ambition to grow within Sales or one of the other departments.
