Job Title: Process Engineer for Polymer Process Engineering

SABIC, a global diversified chemicals company, is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our Polymer Process Engineering team. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and reliable operation of our polymer plants.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance plant efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct process engineering studies to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain process engineering documentation, including process flow diagrams and operating procedures.
  • Participate in HAZOP and PHA studies to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the petrochemical industry.
  • Strong knowledge of process engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
