Head Chef

As a key member of our dynamic team at The Social Hub Delft, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and creativity in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef who is passionate about using seasonal ingredients to produce high-quality dishes that exceed our guests' expectations. With excellent communication skills and experience gained in various kitchens, preferably internationally, you will be able to effectively delegate tasks and ensure seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of cooks to prepare and cook dishes, ensuring timely and efficient service
• Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and guest preferences
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and waste control to optimize profit margins
• Ensure adherence to HACCP guidelines, fire safety policy, and working conditions

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year's relevant work experience in a similar role at a similar level kitchen
• Strong knowledge of food products according to market standards
• Excellent knowledge of modern cooking techniques
• Fluency in English and Dutch
• Licence to work in the country
