About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain Development to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. This position will be based in Europe and will report to the VP Operations of Europe Pacific Developed Markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Engineering and Supply Chain Development teams and associated strategy in Europe. They will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize our Supply Chain performance, including cost, quality, safety, flexibility, and capacity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Supply Chain and Engineering, with at least 10 years of experience in the field. They will also have excellent leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Engineering and Supply Chain Development teams and associated strategy in Europe
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize our Supply Chain performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering and SC initiatives with our business objectives
  • Ensure we deliver the programs and projects connected with Growth platforms guaranteeing the required inputs and expertise from a Supply Chain perspective
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain KraftHeinz's position within the European market

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar field
  • At least 10 or more years of work experience in the Supply Chain field, preferably within the Manufacturing Industry, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverages or similar
  • Previous experience in Program Management and/or Strategic Project Management within the Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Engineering fields
  • Consistent track record in successfully developing, implementing and delivering Engineering and Supply Chain Group Strategies
  • Leadership work experience, management of teams across borders
