The Role

We're seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team, responsible for overseeing the construction of projects from design to completion. As a Project Manager, you'll be the key to bringing our vision to life, working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver high-quality projects on time and on budget.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Coordinate design and construction activities, ensuring seamless collaboration between stakeholders
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Degree in engineering or a related field
  • Experience with design & build projects of +30 million euros
  • Fluent in English
